Terms of Use
Last updated: 21 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of huemare.com (the “website”), operated by Huemare Group OÜ (“Huemare”, “we”). By using the website you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. About the website
The website presents Huemare, its activities, its brands, open roles and ways to work with us. It is provided free of charge, “as is” and “as available”. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time.
2. No investment offer and no advice
Nothing on the website is, or should be read as:
- an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any shares, securities or other financial instruments, or a public offering of any kind;
- investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to make any investment decision;
- a binding offer of funding, traffic, services or partnership.
Statements such as “we invest in startups”, “we invest traffic” or limited “slots” describe our general activity. Any investment, partnership or collaboration is subject to our own selection process, due diligence and a separate written agreement signed by both parties. We may decline any application without giving reasons.
3. Figures and forward-looking statements
Figures shown on the website — for example daily audience, monthly visits, pieces of content published, companies launched, markets and the estimated advertising value of our reach — are internal estimates for general information. They can change over time, are not audited and are not a promise or guarantee of future results. Statements about plans, growth or future activities are forward-looking and involve uncertainty.
4. Applications and messages
- Submitting a startup, partnership or job application, or a message, does not create any contract, employment relationship or obligation for either party.
- You must provide truthful information and only share information you are entitled to share. Do not send confidential information, trade secrets or third-party data you are not allowed to disclose — we cannot accept confidentiality obligations through the website.
- Ideas, business plans and materials you send do not oblige us to keep them confidential or to refrain from developing similar ideas independently. We often work on many projects at once, and similar concepts may already be in development.
- We handle the personal data in your submissions as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Huemare never charges candidates or founders to apply.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, including by: sending spam or automated submissions; uploading malware or files that are unlawful or infringe others’ rights; trying to access non-public areas, our systems or other people’s data; disrupting, overloading or reverse-engineering the website; or using it for any unlawful purpose. We may block access in case of misuse.
6. Intellectual property
All content of the website — including the Huemare name and logo, texts, graphics, design, animations and code — is owned by Huemare Group OÜ or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and share links to the website for personal or informational use. Any other copying, reproduction or reuse requires our prior written permission. Third-party components are used under their own licences (see the Legal Notice).
7. Links to other websites
The website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Huemare is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, data or business opportunity arising from the use of, or inability to use, the website or reliance on its content. Our liability is not limited where the law does not allow it, in particular for intent or gross negligence, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved by the Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus) in Tallinn, unless mandatory law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page, with its date, applies.
